Shipping Policy

We want your experience with ShishhMehal to be joyful and worry-free.
However, since our cookware is handcrafted and intended for daily use, we only accept returns in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return/Replacement Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• A full unboxing video must be provided (from the moment of opening the box)
• If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for replacement or return

Refund Conditions:

• If the product is not shipped yet: Full refund issued same day, no questions asked.
• If shipped and returned: Refund will be processed within 2 working days after the returned product is inspected.

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case.
